A 30 minute consultation where we will discuss in more detail your goals and symptoms you may be facing. A food, exercise and lifestyle assessment for you to complete. Personalised nutrition and exercise guidance to help you increase muscle mass and reduce fat. Mindfulness and yoga inspired strategies to help with relaxation, stress relief and a general sense of wellbeing. 6 fortnightly 45 minute sessions to review progress and to talk over your worries and challenges and to celebrate any achievements. 6 fortnightly plans which are adapted depending on the progress or new challenges. 

Offered on an informal basis as required. In these sessions I can offer advice for women going through the menopause journey who may be struggling with low self-esteem, weight gain, sleep disturbance or one of the other menopause symptoms. 

This is a one off bespoke service which will include a 30 minute phone consultation, a food, exercise and lifestyle assessment for you to complete, a personalised program with fitness, diet and wellness guidance just for you. The focus can be on getting 

Sometimes all we need is someone to offload to, someone who can listen without judgment, someone who’s experienced what you are going for.
